Pasta produced with semolina from selected Tuscan wheat and dried in 3-6 days in static dryers below 38°C to favour digestibility and preserve organoleptic properties. Any anomaly in format or colour of pasta are a consequence of the handmade production. Produced with bronze moulds handed down for generations.
